We are seeking an exceptional Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and showcasing our products in a professional and engaging manner.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
\n2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to meet their needs.
\n3. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with all products displayed and merchandised effectively.
\n4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
\n5. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
\n6. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, designers, architects, and other industry professionals to drive sales and growth.
\n7. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
\n8. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other sales team members, customer service representatives, and management to achieve sales goals and resolve customer issues.
\n9. Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
\n10. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting sales performance, customer trends, and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
\n2. Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
\n3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
\n4. Strong product knowledge, with the ability to learn and stay up-to-date on new products and industry developments.
\n5. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., sales, marketing, design) preferred.
\n6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.<\/p>\n
