As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Process Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges, using a point-of-sale (POS) system.<br \/>\n2. Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information and recommendations to meet their needs.<br \/>\n3. Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including maintaining product displays and merchandising.<br \/>\n4. Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.<br \/>\n5. Manage Cash Drawer: Maintain a balanced cash drawer, including counting and reconciling cash at the beginning and end of each shift.<br \/>\n6. Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.<br \/>\n7. Answer Phone Calls: Respond to phone calls, take messages, and provide product information to customers.<br \/>\n8. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.<br \/>\n9. Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.<br \/>\n10. Adhere to Company Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and cash handling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.<br \/>\n2. Previous Cash Handling Experience: Preferred.<br \/>\n3. Excellent Customer Service Skills: Required.<br \/>\n4. Basic Math Skills: Required.<br \/>\n5. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.<br \/>\n6.
